MIDAS is operated by Golden Rhino LLC (“Golden Rhino”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms, which form an agreement between you and Golden Rhino LLC. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use MIDAS.
MIDAS is a sports-bet tracking and analysis tool and a simulated (play-money) sports game, provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. MIDAS is not a sportsbook: it does not accept, place, broker, or facilitate real-money wagers, and it never holds your betting funds. Nothing on MIDAS is financial, investment, or betting advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use a service of this kind where you live. You confirm your age when you create an account. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.
Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, break these Terms, or create risk for others.
MIDAS includes a play-money sim with virtual currencies (“coins” and “diamonds”) and cosmetic items. These have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or anything of value, and cannot be cashed out, transferred, sold, or exchanged between users. They exist only inside the game. The sim uses real games and odds for realism but is never a wager and pays nothing real.
Some features (for example, a subscription for advanced tracking, or optional diamond packs) may require payment. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; MIDAS never receives or stores your full card details. Virtual items and diamonds are a license to use digital content, not property, and are generally non-refundable once delivered/consumed, except where a refund is required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the paid period. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.
MIDAS's picks and strategy bots (“The Zoo”) are produced by rule-based statistical models, not by a person and not by a generative AI. They are automated, transparent, and provided as-is for information and entertainment. Displayed records are computed from third-party results and shown in good faith. Past performance does not predict future results. Do not rely on any pick to place real bets.
Scores, grading, and stats come from third-party data sources and automated matching. We work hard to be accurate and to clearly mark results we cannot independently verify, but we do not warrant that every grade or number is error-free. Report anything that looks wrong and we'll review it.
Don't scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, overload, or misuse the service; don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; don't use MIDAS to break any law or any sportsbook's terms. We may remove content or accounts that do.
You keep ownership of the bets, notes, and images you add. You grant MIDAS a limited license to store and display them to operate the service (for example, showing your bets to you, or on the public leaderboard only if you opt in). MIDAS and its original artwork, code, and brand remain ours.
MIDAS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIDAS and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for any betting decisions you make, or for losses arising from data errors or downtime. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or, if you paid nothing, to $50).
You can stop using MIDAS and delete your account anytime. We may modify or discontinue features, or update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means acceptance.
